How to Reset?
If your controller won't pair, won't respond, or is displaying a flashing light, please follow the instructions on how to reset the controller. Step 1: Turn off the TERIOS controller. Step 2: Locate the small reset button on the back of the controller near the shoulder button. Step 3: Use a small, unfolded paper-clip or small tools to push the button (the button is inside a tiny hole). Hold the button down for a few seconds and release. This will prompt your controller to re-sync.
Can my TERIOS controller use on PC?
Yes - you can use any of our controllers to PC via a wired connection(The USB cable provided in the packaging). Please note, the PC does not support Bluetooth connection.
How can I upgrade the firmware of TERIOS controllers?
All of our controllers have been upgraded to the latest version of the switch, PlayStation 4, and Android devices. If there have new versions in the near future, you can find the guideline of how to upgrade to the latest version here. (https://www.teriosgaming.com/pages/update-firmware)
Do your controllers come with batteries?
Definitely. All of our controller have a built-in polymer lithium battery each of 400mAh, 600mAh, 800mAh etc varies from different models.
Why my gamepad didn't vibrate when playing games?
Most of TERIOS gamepads are featured with the vibration. If the game you play has the vibration features and it’s set to be on, it will vibrate as described. Currently, the models of T6/T12 Android gamepads have no vibration functions.
How do I charge the TERIOS controller?
Each TERIOS controller comes with a micro/type-c USB cable in the packaging. You can charge it via the USB cable with the consoles/PC or traditional Android charge. Usually, it will take around 2-4 hours on full of power depending on different models. ountry. Please contact the destination country’s customs office for more information.
